SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number straight to your email.
How long is delivery?
Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days, depending on the product and your location.
Most customers receive their order sooner — especially during non-holiday months.
Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer express shipping. We prefer to keep shipping affordable for everyone.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide unless noted otherwise on the product page.
How do I track my order?

Just enter the tracking number sent to your email.
My tracking number isn’t updating. Is that normal?
Totally normal. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update, especially during holidays. Your package is still on the way.
ORDER ISSUES
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Email us ASAP at support@offtheshelfshop.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
If it has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
My item arrived damaged / defective.
We got you.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number + photos, and we’ll fix it immediately.
I’m missing part of my order.
Some items ship separately to arrive faster.
The rest of your order is still on the way!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible items in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
Just email us and we’ll help you out.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase (we move fast!).
After that, it may already be processing.
